Patriotic Placemat: A simple,
easy project you will want to make more, more and more. All you need is a kitchen towel with a design on both ends of the towel,
1 yard of fabric, coordinating or complimentary color thread, rotary cutter, ruler, straight pins, sewing machine in good working
order with a new needle.

Chinese Take-Out Box: What a great way to package that special gift. Not only is it
different but can be reused for so many other things. The supplies needed for this project include, 2 coordinating fabrics
(1/2 yd ea), 1/2 yard Timtex, complimentary color thread, rotary cutter, ruler, straight pins, sewing machine in good working order
with a new needle.

Beach Bag: This is a great bag to take to the beach. Not only can it carry lots of necessities
and goodies, but then use the bag to cover your beach chair. You need 1 large beach towel and 5/8 yard of fabric.

Snap
Bag: Make any size bag that has thousands of uses. Snap bag is simple, easy and a fantastic gift. You will need
a fat quarter of fabric. Pattern and everything else is provided.

Snuglet: What better way to wrap
up and keep warm during those cold, winter months? This is a very simple project that can be complete in no time. Plus,
they make wonderful gifts, too. You will need 2 1/2 yards of fleece.

North American Hand Smocking: This is
such a great technique with thousands of uses. Once you learn to do this, you will want to use it for everything. You
will need 1-yard of fabric, hand sewing needle and coordinating thread.

Quick/Easy Coasters: Here is another great idea for gift giving, which is quick, easy, and a great way to use up some of your stash. The supplies needed for this project include, two to four coordinating fabrics (1/4 yd of each), 1/3 yd polyester batting (not suitable for cotton batting), neutral color thread, rotary cutter, ruler, straight pins, and sewing machine in good working order with a new needle.
